What is Energy Clearing?

Energy is everything and everything is energy. This includes our physical body, our emotions, and our surroundings. When we experience strong emotions without fully processing them, that energy can get stuck, either in our body or our surroundings.
Energy clearing is the process of shifting and transmuting stagnant or unhelpful energy. The base of my energy-clearing practice is Reiki. I am intuitively guided to incorporate additional tools and methods in clearing sessions.
Space Clearing
Does your home feel heavy, cluttered, or depressing? Is your business stagnant? Are the people in your space a little crankier than usual?
An energy clearing session for your space will take about two hours. During that time, I’ll move around your space, working from the basement up. Once I’m done, we will chat about the clearing. I will share what I experienced as well as any insights I have on how you can better maintain the energy of your space.
Space clearing starts at $300.
Personal Energy Clearing
Are you going through a difficult transformation? Do you find it hard to focus and accomplish your goals? Has life been passing you by?
A personal energy clearing session takes about 90 minutes. We start by reviewing your areas of concern. Then I perform a full Reiki treatment on you, incorporating additional energy clearing methods as needed. After the treatment, we will chat about what we both experienced. I will teach you practices to help support yourself energetically.
A personal energy clearing is $200.
